Rare earth tailing co-associated mixture permanent magnetic ferrite material and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a rare earth tailing co-associated mixture permanent magnetic ferrite material, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) mixing: calculating tailing powder and oxide and carbonate powder raw materials according to Sr1-XAX (Fe12-YBY) ZO19, weighing and premixing to obtain a mixture A; (2) primary ball milling: putting the mixture A into a ball mill for ball milling to obtain a mixture B; (3) pre-sintering: pre-sintering the mixture B to obtain a permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintered material; and (4) powder preparation: performing coarse crushing on the permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintered material to obtain coarse crushed pre-sintered powder. Then crushing and mixing to obtain slurry; (5) pressing into a green body: filtering water from the slurry and pressing into the green body; (6) sintering: sintering the green body to obtain a sintered magnet; (7) polishing and measuring; and cooling the sintered magnet and then carrying out surface grinding.
