Microspore foaming lightweight decoration slabstone and preparation technology thereof
The invention relates to the building material field, which more specifically relates to a lightweight decoration slabstone, which comprises a stone panel and a base plate bound on a transverse plane in the stone panel, the base plate is made by 15-25% of perlite, 4-8% of stone flour, 5-10% of slag, 25-35% of cement, 3-8% of vegetable fiber, 2-5% of a solid foaming agent and 25-35% of water according to proportion by fully mixing, stirring and perfusing; the preparation technology comprises the following steps: 1)surface treatment; 2)crushing and mixing; 3)perfusion and foaming; 4)examination; and 5)package. By employing the above structure and technology, the microspore foaming lightweight decoration slabstone has good fireproof performance and low water absorption, practical heat conduction coefficient can reach 0.07[W/(m.k)], construction mode is simple, weight is light, strength is high, building load can be effectively mitigated, and the microspore foaming lightweight decoration slabstone has advantages of good compressive property, sound insulation performance, anti-seismic property and good toughness without cracking.
