Ceramisite-reinforced insulated aerated concrete block
The invention discloses a ceramisite-reinforced insulated aerated concrete block. The ceramisite-reinforced insulated aerated concrete block is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of ceramisite, 15-30 parts of coal ashes, 16-22 parts of cement, 0.2-0.4 part of aluminite powder, 10-15 parts of quick lime, 3-5 parts of gypsum powder, 3-6 parts of polyvinyl acetate emulsion powder, 10-15 parts of ceramic clinker powder, 0.3-0.5 part of calcium lignosulphonate, 1-3 parts of iron powder, 3-5 parts of nano-aluminium oxide, 2-4 parts of carbon black, 15-20 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol and a proper amount of water. The added sintered ceramsite is light in weight, good in thermal insulation property, small in air shrinkage and excellent in humidity resistance; by virtue of the technique, the problems that the ceramisite is easy to crush and light in weight in the processing process, and is uneven in distribution in slurry are solved; and the aerated concrete block disclosed by the invention can reach excellent bearing capability and relatively high anti-penetrability performance and thermal insulation properties, and is good in stability, relatively low in shrinking percentage and little in slurry for building walls.
