High-strength ceramisite-reinforced aerated concrete block
The invention discloses a high-strength ceramisite-reinforced aerated concrete block. The high-strength ceramisite-reinforced aerated concrete block is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of quick lime, 30-50 parts of ceramisite, 15-30 parts of coal ashes, 16-22 parts of cement, 0.4-0.5 part of aluminite powder, 2-4 parts of gypsum powder, 8-12 parts of bauxite, 0.3-0.5 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose sodium, 0.3-0.5 part of calcium lignosulphonate, 1-3 parts of iron powder, 3-5 parts of nano-aluminium oxide, 2-4 parts of carbon black, 15-20 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol and a proper amount of water. The added sintered ceramisite is light in weight, good in thermal insulation property, low in air shrinkage and excellent in humidity resistance; by virtue of the technique, the problems that the ceramisite is easy to crush and light in weight in the processing process, and is uneven in distribution in slurry are solved; the aluminum content of the aerated concrete block is increased by the added bauxite; and the fire resistance, the creep properties and the heat stability of the concrete block are improved.
