The invention discloses a surface-etched aluminum oxide nano-whisker composite which is made of aluminum oxide orthogonal whisker with the weight percentage of 97.5% to 94.45%, silicon carbide rhombic whisker with the weight percentage of 0.01% to 0.05% and kaolin, with the surface treated through Na2SiF6, of the weight percentage of 0.01% to 0.05%. The composite made of the ingredients is even in size, uniformity and surface regularity, the ingredients are pre-treated, production can be preformed rapidly, the producing time is shortened significantly, and the producing efficiency is improved; in addition, since the proportion of the ingredients is proper, raw material waste is avoided, and the producing cost can be lowered.
