The invention discloses an expansive soil roadbed rainy season filling apparatus, which belongs to the technical field of roadbed filling. The expansive soil roadbed rainy season filling apparatus comprises a reaction frame, counterweight grooves are arranged at two ends of reaction frame, a counterweight cast iron is arranged in the counterweight groove; a power cabinet is arranged at top of the reaction frame; the power cabinet is connected to a jack at top of inner part of the reaction frame through a hydraulic wire; a positioning plate is fixedly arranged at lower end of the jack; a positioning pile sleeve is arranged at center of the positioning plate; the upper end of the positioning pile sleeve is cooperated to a screw of the jack, the lower end of the positioning pile sleeve is cooperated to a cement pile; driven wheels are fixedly arranged at two ends of the reaction frame, and a towing ring is arranged at side surface of the reaction frame. According to the invention, the reaction frame is employed, the cooperation of the jack and the positioning pile sleeve is used, the cement pile is beaten into the expansive soil roadbed, the driven wheel is driven to move through the towing ring, so that roadbed filling can be reached through mechanization with high efficiency.
