The subgrade construction method based on expansive soil filling comprises subgrade excavation, lime layer laying, gravel layer laying, lower embankment laying, reinforced layer laying and upper embankment laying, and specifically comprises the steps that S1, the subgrade is excavated on a construction road section, the depth of the subgrade is 50-120 cm, wet earth surface soil and a wet and soft soil layer are removed, intercepting ditches are excavated at the positions 5 meters away from the two sides, and mortar masonry is laid; s2, after excavation of the roadbed is completed, a lime layer is laid, and after a base plane is dried, a light road roller is used for leveling the foundation; and S3, after the roadbed base surface is leveled, gravel is laid on the lime layer, the light road roller is used again for leveling the gravel, and a gravel layer is formed. The mode that the expansive soil is subjected to embedding treatment through the mixed soil is matched with the geomembrane, the anti-seepage effect can be greatly improved, then the expansion hazard of the expansive soil is greatly reduced, local expansive soil can be directly used, use of qualified filler is reduced, and economic benefits are improved.
本发明提供一种膨胀土填筑路基施工方法,涉及公路工程技术领域。该基于膨胀土填筑路基施工方法,包括开挖路基、铺设石灰层、铺设碎石层、铺设下路堤、铺设加筋层和铺设上路堤,具体步骤为:S1.在施工路段开挖路基,路基深度50‑120厘米,清除潮湿地表土和湿软土层,并在两侧五米处开挖截水沟并铺设浆砌行工;S2.路基挖掘完毕后,铺设石灰层,在基面干燥后,使用轻型压路机对地基进行整平;S3.在路基基面整平后,在石灰层上方铺设碎石,再次使用轻型压路机对碎石整平,形成碎石层。通过使用混合土对膨胀土进行包埋处理的方式,配合土工膜可大幅提高防渗效果,进而大幅减少膨胀土的膨胀危害性,可直接使用本地膨胀土,减少了合格填料的使用,提高了经济效益。
