A tapered special-shaped inner-outer sleeve sliding guide rail type gradual strengthening damper comprises a taper-cylinder-shaped first cylindrical body and a taper-cylinder-shaped second cylindrical body. Two ends of the first cylindrical body are open, a connecting handle is arranged in the small-diameter end face of the second cylindrical body along the axial direction, taper of the second cylindrical body is equal to that of the first cylindrical body, the second cylindrical body is arranged in the first cylindrical body, and the outer diameter of the large-diameter end of the second cylindrical body is larger than the internal diameter of the small-diameter end of the first cylindrical body. The first cylindrical body and the second cylindrical body which are tapered are sleeved to form the damper, after a vehicle out of control collides on a safety barrier net, due to inertia of continuous forward rushing of the vehicle, the second cylindrical body is dragged in an inner cavity of the first cylindrical body to overcome friction force till being damaged by squeezing, and harmful potential energy is changed into kinetic energy of damping so as to block, forcibly stop and brake the vehicle out of control.
