Inner and outer sleeve box type operating room system
The invention discloses an inner and outer sleeve box type operating room system which comprises an outer box body and an inner box body. A transverse interlayer is arranged between the outer box bodyand the inner box body, longitudinal interlayer spaces are arranged at the two sides of the inner box body, and longitudinal interlayers and the transverse interlayer are communicated to form an airduct and an equipment installation space; an air supply ceiling with a flow equalizing plate is mounted at the top of the inner box body, and an air return port with a primary filter is formed in eachlongitudinal interlayer; a fan purification unit with an FFU, a pipeline type cold and hot air conditioner and a fresh air handling unit with primary and medium efficiency filters are suspended and mounted in the transverse interlayer; the air supply ceiling at the top of the inner box body is connected with a suspended raft base through a three-layer soft material; and the outer box body, the inner box body, the transverse interlayer, the longitudinal interlayers at the two sides and the equipment installed in the interlayer spaces form a complete operating room system. The inner and outer sleeve box type operating room system has the advantages of being small in occupied space, low in manufacturing cost, convenient for workers to enter for repair and maintenance, capable of additionallyarranging the interlayer equipment and the like.
