The invention discloses a handrail type vibration ice breaker, belongs to the technical field of road surface ice and snow removing and particularly relates to a mechanical vibration ice breaking technology with using a vibration exciter with an eccentric block as a core. The handrail type vibration ice breaker is characterized in that a roller which rolls in the forward direction is used for ice breaking; ice blades which are staggered horizontally and longitudinally are welded to the outer ring of the roller; an arc is arranged on the outer ring of each ice blade, and during roller rolling, the moving track of a circle of ice blade outer ring is a circle; the mode that the eccentric block rotates to generate mechanical vibration is used in the roller to form the vibration exciter; damping is carried out among the vibration exciter, the roller and an ice breaker shell body through damping rubber; the ice breaker is designed in a handrail mode and can carry out ice breaking on small places such as a community and a street conveniently; the amplitude of the vibration exciter can be adjusted, and accordingly adaptation to ice surfaces with different thicknesses is achieved; and an ice breaker supporting structure can stretch up and down, and carrying and operation are convenient.
