The invention discloses a secondary water supply energy-saving device. The secondary water supply energy-saving device is mainly composed of a flow stabilization compensation tank, a non-negative-pressure controller, a water shortage signal transmitter, a small-flow variable frequency pump, a variable frequency main pump, an air pressure water tank, a control cabinet and a flow detecting device. The water outlet of the flow stabilization compensation tank is connected with the variable frequency main pump, the water outlet of the variable frequency main pump is connected with a water supply pipe, and a small-flow pipe is arranged on the water supply pipe so as to be connected with the air pressure water tank; a second solenoid valve and a connecting pipe provided with a first solenoid valve are arranged on the small-flow pipe; and the small-flow variable frequency pump is further installed on a bypass pipe bypassing the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve. The secondary water supply energy-saving device has the beneficial effects that the small-flow variable frequency pump and the air pressure water tank are adopted, so that unified water supply in the small-flow state can be achieved, and the water supply requirement can be met in the small-flow state, and the small-flow water supply energy-saving effect is accordingly achieved; meanwhile, energy saving can be achieved by using the pressure of a tap water inlet pipe sufficiently so that energy-saving and efficient water supply can be achieved within a large-flow scale; and the advantages of being small in occupied land, saving the investment, and being free of water quality pollution and the like are achieved.
