The water storage type non-negative-pressure energy-saving secondary water supply plant comprises a flow stabilization tank, a vacuum eliminator, a water pump, an air pressure water tank and a control cabinet; the water storage type non-negative-pressure energy-saving secondary water supply plant further comprises a water storage tank and a water sterilizer; the water storage tank and the flow stabilization tank are arranged in parallel, and the flow stabilization tank and the water storage tank are each connected with a tap water inlet pipe; in addition, a first electrically-operated valve is installed in front of an inlet of the water storage tank, and the water sterilizer is installed at the position, behind a second electrically-operated valve and in front of the water pump, of a water suction header pipe; outlet water of the water storage tank is connected with a water tank water outlet pipe; and a one-way valve is installed on the water storage tank, and a third electrically-operated valve is installed behind the one-way valve. The water storage type non-negative-pressure energy-saving secondary water supply plant has the beneficial effects that through the mode that the water storage tank is arranged in front of the water pump, the water storage capacity is improved, and the water supply safety is improved; and the energy-saving effect can be achieved by using the pressure of the tap water inlet pipe.
