The invention discloses a reinforcing fabricated shear wall structure with shear keys. The reinforcing fabricated shear wall structure comprises an upper prefabricated panel and a lower prefabricated panel which are fabricated together, cast-in-situ embedded columns are formed on the left and right sides of each of the upper and lower prefabricated panels, embedded-column longitudinal steel bars in full-height pass-length arrangement are arranged in each cast-in-situ embedded column, and joint reinforcing steel bars of the upper and lower prefabricated panels are arranged in each embedded column. Upper grooves are formed in the bottom surface of the upper prefabricated panel, the upper convex shear keys are formed in the top surface of the lower prefabricated panel, the upper convex shear keys are in butt joint with the upper grooves, and a bedding mortar layer is arranged on the contact surface of the upper and lower prefabricated panels. The wall joint reinforcing steel bars in the embedded columns are adopted to replace vertical wall distribution steel bars for connection, workload in connection of the vertical distribution steel bars in the construction process is reduced, and construction is quickened; by the shear keys, shear capacity at the joint of the fabricated shear wall is enhanced, and integral performance of the structure is improved.
