The invention discloses a fabricated shear wall structure which is characterized in that longitudinal bars with the upper ends and the lower ends extending out of concrete are arranged on edge members of fabricated shear wall units, and gaps are formed in the edge members to provide space for mounting connecting devices; the upper connecting plate of the connecting device is provided with a mounting hole through which the lower end of the longitudinal bar of the edge member of the fabricated shear wall unit can pass and is connected with the upper connecting plate, and the lower connecting plate of the connecting device is provided with a mounting hole through which the upper end of the longitudinal bar of the edge member of the fabricated shear wall unit can pass and is connected with the lower connecting plate. The upper connecting plates and the lower connecting plates are fixedly connected through the concrete filled steel tube short columns, and the assembly type shear wall units are connected into a whole in the vertical direction or connected into a whole in the transverse direction and the vertical direction.
