The invention relates to leather floors spliced via dovetail grooves and a leather floor splicing method. Along with increasing of the living standard of people, quantity demands of people on decoration floors are increased, requirements on appearances, quality and comfort level of the floors are high increasingly, the traditional floors are dull in appearance and are adhered by adhesives directly, appearances of the floors are affected, harm on people is large, and demands of people on quality of the floors cannot be met. The leather floors comprise leather floor blocks (1) with projections, the leather floor blocks with the projections are connected with leather floor blocks (2) with grooves through the dovetail grooves, and the leather floor blocks with the projections and the leather floor blocks with the grooves are square. The leather floors are spliced to one another via the dovetail grooves.
