The invention discloses a production and manufacturing method and application of real leather and regenerated leather floors. The production and manufacturing method comprises the following steps: soaking animal raw leather in saturated salt water for 4-6 hours; taking out the soaked animal raw skin, and directly performing unhairing treatment; carrying out tanning treatment on the unhaired animal raw hide to obtain genuine leather; carrying out vacuum drying on the obtained genuine leather to make leather formed; sanding the formed leather flesh face to reduce large fibers; and hot-pressing the sanded leather on a wooden floor through a PUR hot melt adhesive. The leather replaces a wooden floor and other materials to serve as the surface, the defects of anisotropy, dry shrinkage, wet expansion and easy cracking and deformation of a wood floor are overcome, the sanded leather is hot-pressed on the wooden floor through PUR hot melt adhesive, polyurethane is sprayed to seal the sides, the connectivity between the leather and a floor base material is guaranteed, VOC emission influencing the environment is not generated, and the environmental protection property is good.
