The invention provides a material-saving repair method for lifting and leveling a floor and a floor lifting structure. The method comprises the following steps that 1, lifting holes are drilled in the floor, and a concrete base within the scope of each lifting hole is separated from the floor around the concrete base; 2, a plurality of anchor rods are embedded in the floor around each lifting hole, lifting reaction frames are fixed to the tops of the anchor rods in a penetrating manner, and jacks are arranged at the tops of the concrete bases and below the lifting reaction frames; 3, each jack is started, so that the jacks are supported on the concrete bases to jack up the lifting reaction frames, the lifting reaction frames drive the anchor rods to lift the floor connected with the anchor rods, and thus the floor is lifted and a gap between the floor and a floor lower subbase is formed; 4, filling holes are drilled around the lifting holes, a filling material which at least contains concrete or foam cement lightweight soil or cement mortar is injected into the gap between the floor and the floor lower subbase, and the jacks, the anchor rods and the lifting reaction frames are removed after the filling material is solidified and meets the strength requirement. The material-saving repair method for lifting and leveling the floor and the floor lifting structure have the advantages of being good in repair effect, convenient and fast in construction and material-saving and environment-friendly.
