A traditional granary does not have an airtight function, the periphery of the wall retains grain by relying on a grain retaining net, the part, in contact with air, of the grain surface is severe in moisture loss, and grain quality is affected. The constant-temperature airtight insulating steel-structure horizontal warehouse comprises a foundation (1) and a warehouse body connected with the foundation, the warehouse body comprises warehouse body frames, sealing plates and an insulation layer, the warehouse body frames include a warehouse top frame (2) and a warehouse wall frame (3), the sealing plates include a warehouse roof sealing plate (4) and a warehouse wall sealing plate (5), the warehouse roof sealing plate is fixed on the warehouse roof frame, and the warehouse wall sealing plate is fixed on the warehouse wall frame; the warehouse roof sealing plate and the warehouse wall sealing plate are connected hermetically, and the insulation layer is fixed on the sealing plates or the warehouse body frames. The constant-temperature airtight insulating steel-structure horizontal warehouse is used as a long-term grain reserve granary of the steel structure.
