To provide an airtight sheet allowing a covering range to be easily adjusted at a construction site, a method for installing the airtight sheet, and an airtight structure.SOLUTION: A first folding line (X10), a second folding line (X20), a first part (60), a second part (70), and an excess part (80) are provided on an airtight sheet (50). The airtight sheet is constituted so that at least a portion of the excess part continues along an outside surface (22) by folding the first part and the second part along an additional folding line in a state of being cut along a cutting line for folding (Y72) and a state in which the first folding line and the second folding line are matched and a part on one side and a part on the other side in a lengthwise direction from the additional folding line (X70) at the first part are disposed along one surface and the other surface of a corner part of an enclosing surface (20).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

【課題】施工現場で被覆範囲の調整を容易に行うことが可能な気密シート、気密シート設置方法及び気密構造を提供する。【解決手段】気密シート（５０）に、第１折線（Ｘ１０）、第２折線（Ｘ２０）、第１部分（６０）、第２部分（７０）及び余剰部分（８０）を設ける。また、気密シートを、折畳用切断線（Ｙ７２）に沿って切断された状態で、且つ、第１折線と第２折線とを一致させて第１部分における追加折線（Ｘ７０）から長手方向の一方側の部分と他方側の部分とを囲み面（２０）における角部の一方の面と他方の面とにそれぞれ沿わせた状態で、追加折線に沿って第１部分及び第２部分が折り曲げられることにより、余剰部分の少なくとも一部が外側面（２２）に沿って連続するように構成する。【選択図】図５
