The invention discloses a special safety belt pendant for an annular concrete pole. Two ends of two hoops at the one side are hinged together, a movable connecting structure and a locking structure are arranged at two ends of the other side, according to the movable connecting structure, two connecting pieces are welded at the ends of two hoops, a nick is formed in the upper side of each connecting piece, a T-shaped screw rod is arranged at the outer side of the nick of one connecting piece through a bushing, the T-shaped screw rod can be fitly sleeved in the nick of the other connecting piece, and the T-shaped screw rod is provided with a manual regulating nut; according to the locking structure, the upper side of the nick of any connecting piece is welded with a fixing nut and provided with a locking screw rod.
