The energy-saving auxiliary frame comprises an auxiliary frame body, wherein a limiting part is arranged on one side of the auxiliary frame body, a sealing pressing strip is oppositely arranged on the other side of the auxiliary frame body, and a mounting space for accommodating a frame in shapes of the doors and the windows is formed among the auxiliary frame body, the limiting part and the sealing pressing strip; a plurality of elastic parts over against the frame in the shapes of the doors and the windows are arranged on the inner side surface of the auxiliary frame body, and the elastic parts are matched with positioning protrusions on the outer side surface of the frame in the shapes of the doors and the windows. The elastic parts are arranged on the inner side surface of the auxiliary frame body, and when the frame in the shapes of the doors and the windows is mounted, the positioning protrusions are arranged on the elastic parts in a pressing manner, so that a good sealing effect is realized, the heat preserving capacity is improved, additional sealing in a manner of applying sealant is not needed, and both the assembly and the disassembly are convenient.
