The invention discloses a method for manufacturing energy-saving doors and windows. The method comprises the steps that materials are prepared; the materials are mixed; door and window bodies are shaped; heat insulation and anti-oxidation layers are prepared; and glass is treated, cleaned and air-dried. The method uses polyvinyl chloride resin as main materials, supplemented by aluminum powder, soas to reduce the cost of all metal alloys. The method combines rare earth elements, polyurethane, glass fiber, calcium carbonate and other ingredients to prepare the door and window bodies. The doorand window bodies have stronger heat resistance, low temperature deformation rate, and excellent thermal insulation performance, and can reduce heat exchange with the outside. Through attaching a thermal insulation reflective layer to the door and window bodies, and cooperating with the coating of the glass, the method can effectively improve the optical performance, and the door and window bodieshave excellent heat reflection characteristics, facilitate blocking radiation heat transfer, save energy, and reduce consumption.
