The invention discloses a new technical scheme of a turnover window, belongs to the field of building accessories, can eliminate the defect of easy rain leakage of the turnover window in a non-closing state, and stops rain from entering under the condition of guaranteeing effective ventilation. The technical scheme is realized like this: the turnover window comprises a window frame, a window leaf and a pin shaft, wherein left and right two edge frames of the upper half part of the window leaf are symmetrically provided with rectangular block-shaped fan grooves having outward notches; left and right two edge frames of the lower half part of the window leaf are symmetrically provided with rectangular block-shaped fan grooves having inward notches; pliciform protection fans are mounted in all the fan grooves; fan shafts of the protection fans are all mounted at one ends, near the pin shaft, of the fan grooves, and are fixed on the walls of the fan grooves parallel to the pin shaft; a torsion spring covers through the pin shaft; and two jaws of the torsion spring are respectively clamped on two outer side edges of the protection fans, and are in an unfolding state.
