The solar window comprises an outer window frame, an inner window frame, high-transmittance glass, liquid paraffin oil, a liquid storage tank and a copper sulfate aqueous solution, the inner window frame is supported by the outer window frame, the inner window frame and the outer window frame are rotationally connected, the liquid storage tank is arranged on any one of two non-supporting frames of the inner window frame, and multiple layers of high-light-transmittance glass are packaged between the other one of the two non-supporting frames of the inner window frame and the liquid storage tank. The liquid paraffin oil is filled in a gap cavity between any two adjacent layers of high-light-transmittance glass, the gap cavity filled with the liquid paraffin oil is communicated with the liquid storage tank, the gap cavity between the other two adjacent layers of high-light-transmittance glass is not communicated with the liquid storage tank, and the volume of the gap cavity filled with the liquid paraffin oil is smaller than or equal to that of the liquid storage tank. Through the combined design of the rotary window frame and the gravity fluid, dynamic optical property regulation and control of the window can be achieved by turning the window, and the requirements of buildings for solar radiation heat gaining and lighting in winter and summer can be met at the same time.
