The invention relates to a cool storage fruit and vegetable refrigerating chamber which comprises a refrigerating chamber, a cool storage pool, a first evaporator, a liquid receiver, a compressor, a condenser, a throttle valve, a drying filter, liquid sight glass, a first electromagnetic stop valve, a second electromagnetic stop valve, a second evaporator, a humidifier and a circulating pump. The cool storage pool is arranged below the refrigerating chamber; a cool storage circuit is formed by the compressor, the condenser, the throttle valve, the drying filter, the liquid sight glass, the first electromagnetic stop valve, the first evaporator and the liquid receiver; a refrigerating circuit is formed by the compressor, the condenser, the throttle valve, the drying filter, the liquid sight glass, the second electromagnetic stop valve, the second evaporator and the liquid receiver; a cool discharge circuit is formed by the first evaporator, the circulating pump and the second evaporator; the cool storage pool is filled with cool storage media, and the cool discharge circuit is filled with secondary refrigerants; the cool storage circuit and the refrigerating circuit are filled with refrigerants. The cool storage fruit and vegetable refrigerating chamber has the advantages that the operating cost of a system can be reduced, electric network load characteristics can be improved, the fruit and vegetable storage quality can be enhanced, and the like.
