Method for preparing slow-release type anti-freezing asphalt mastic macadam mixture
The invention discloses a method for preparing a slow-release type anti-freezing asphalt mastic macadam mixture. The method comprises the following steps: (1) confirming a gradation composition without an anti-freezing additive, and the content of asphalt according to the type of the mixture, thereby confirming a base preparation ratio; (2) testing the piling density of coarse aggregate, and calculating the porosity of the base preparation ratio; (3) calculating the mixing amount of the anti-freezing additive; (4) sequentially adding minerals and a fiber stabilizing agent into a mixing pot, stirring, further adding asphalt, stirring, finally adding the anti-freezing agent, and stirring, thereby obtaining a target product. Due to the addition of the granular additive, the conventional structural framework of the mixture can be interfered, and the porosity of the mixture can be increased, so that the porosity of the base preparation ratio can be controlled to be 3%+/-0.1% in the preparation process; in addition, as the powder ratio is increased because of the additive, the use amount of asphalt needs to be correspondingly increased by 0.1-0.2%, the target product can meet the use requirement on the porosity once being prepared, and the target pavement performance can be met.
