The invention discloses a construction method of an ultrathin asphalt mastic macadam mixture pavement, which comprises the following steps: S1, pretreating a roadbed: S11, cleaning and finishing the pavement, cleaning at least easily-rotten impurities such as leaves and roots on the pavement, sampling and inspecting soil, and then carrying out water treatment on the soil to obtain a macadam mixture; no creatures such as ant nests and the like which easily cause surface collapse exist in the soil; and S12, a bulldozer is used for bulldozing the road surface, a foundation pit existing in the road surface is filled with the bulldozed road surface, and then a heavy road roller is adopted for vibration compaction. According to the construction method of the ultrathin asphalt mastic macadam mixture pavement, the pavement is flattened through a press machine, a pavement foundation pit is filled, the flatness of the pavement is guaranteed, then the asphalt mastic macadam mixture is evenly and flatly laid on the ground, the loss of the mixture is reduced, and through multiple times of compaction, the pavement quality is improved.
