Magnetic material powder preparation method
The invention provides a magnetic material powder preparation method comprising the following steps: step 1, raw materials and a composite auxiliary agent are mixed in a ball mill; a proper amount of CaCO3 is added and a mixed material is formed; ball milling is carried out; when the particle size of the obtained slurry reaches 0.7-1.1mum, the slurry is dried under a temperature of 112-118 DEG C; and disintegration is carried out; step 2, the product obtained in the step 1 is calcined in a muffle furnace; specifically, heating is carried out with a heating rate of 12-18 DEG C/min; when the temperature value reaches 980-1000 DEG C, a temperature maintenance treatment is carried out, wherein a temperature maintenance time is 3-5h; and cooling is carried out, such that the magnetic material powder is obtained. With the magnetic powder preparation method provided by the invention, the obtained magnetic material powder has a magnetic energy product of 36.0-38.2kJ/m<3>, an intrinsic coercivity of 346.1-369.1kA/m, and a remanent magnetization of 433-438mT. Therefore, the magnetic performances of the material powder are substantially improved.
