The invention discloses a long-life heat-and-pressure-resistant insulating coating for a mirror plate. The coating comprises materials in parts by weight as follows: 30-32 parts of silicon oxide, 30-32 parts of cobalt oxide, 6-8 parts of strontium oxide, 6-8 parts of scandium oxide, 6-8 parts of tin oxide, 2-4 parts of boron oxide and 2-4 parts of beryllium oxide. According to the coating, silicon oxide and cobalt oxide are taken as cores, multiple oxides with a synergistic effect are introduced, and accordingly, the surface strength, the heat and pressure resistance and the wear resisting property of the coating at the high temperature are effectively improved; titanium carbide, cerium oxide and zinc oxide are added to the coating, so that the expansion degree of the mirror plate to the temperature difference and the pressure difference is effectively improved, and bad influence caused by expansion of the mirror plate on the use effect and the service life of the mirror plate can be avoided.
