The invention relates to a fish downstream dam passing system. The fish downstream dam passing system comprises a track arranged on a dam, a water channel is formed below the track, the front end of the track is located on the upstream of the dam, the front end of the water channel is communicated with a fish collecting device on the upstream of the dam, a separating wall is installed on the track, the axis of a rotating gate is connected with the separating wall, a sliding wheel lifting mechanism is arranged at the tail end of the track, and a fish conveying device is connected to the sliding wheel lifting mechanism. By means of the fish downstream dam passing system, the problems of fish damage and high cost can be solved, and fish damage in the fish conveying process is reduced; meanwhile, the engineer construction cost of a fish conveying system is reduced, and the fish conveying efficiency is improved.
