The invention discloses a reinforcement cage structure for an underground continuous wall. The reinforcement cage structure comprises a plurality of head-opened reinforcement steel bar frameworks located in deep grooves at intervals and closed reinforcing steel bar frameworks located between the head-opened reinforcement steel bar frameworks which are separated. Transverse baffles matched with the corresponding deep grooves are fixed to the two ends, in the longitudinal direction, of each head-opened reinforcement steel bar framework. Head-opened anti-seepage slurry cloth is connected to the positions, close to the two side walls of the corresponding deep grooves, between the baffles at the two ends of each head-opened reinforcement steel bar framework. A head-opened pouring space surrounding each head-opened reinforcement steel bar framework is defined by the head-opened anti-seepage slurry cloth, the transverse baffles and the deep groove bottom walls of the head-opened reinforcement steel bar framework. Head-opened parts and closed parts can be directly formed through pouring, the construction efficiency is high, cost is low, and no water seepage situation can happen.
