The invention provides a method for executing an oval manufacturing device. When the oval manufacturing device operates, a motor drives a first rotating shaft through a master power box to drive a first drill bit to rotate leftwards, wherein the first rotating shaft is located at the lower end of the master power box; the motor drives a second rotating shaft through the master power box to drive a second drill bit to rotate rightwards, wherein the second rotating shaft is located at the lower end of the master power box; a water conveying device conveys water to the first drill bit and the second drill bit, the first drill bit and the second drill bit mix soil below the first drill bit and the second drill bit and the water into slurry in rotation; an oval steel frame moves up and down in a reciprocating mode; meanwhile, the water conveying device conveys water into an inner ring of the oval steel frame; when the oval steel frame moves up and down, first drilling tools below the oval steel frame and second drilling tools in the oval steel frame water and soil which is located outside the first drill bit and the second drill bit and located in the oval steel frame into slurry, and the slurry flows out of an oval hole, so that an oval pile is formed.
