Oval box girder and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an oval box girder. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that firstly, a bottom face arc wall plate is positioned; transverse partition plateunits in the lower semi-elliptical box girder is positioned; after the transverse partition plate units are positioned, inclined wall plates in the lower semi-oval box girder are positioned; then, longitudinal partition plate units are mounted above the transverse partition plate units; thirdly, the upper semi-oval box girder is installed, and the third step to the first step are repeated in an inverted sequence mode; the transverse partition plate units in the upper semi-oval box girder are installed above the longitudinal partition plate units; the upper inclined wall plate is installed on the upper transverse partition plate units; then, the side wall plates on the two sides are respectively positioned; the arc wall plate at the top is mounted; and finally, stiffening ribs are installedon the wall plate units, and the transverse partition plates are installed in an embedded and shortened mode. The manufacturing method is simple, the machining quality and the machining efficiency are greatly improved, and the construction requirement is better met.
本发明公开了一种椭圆形箱梁的制作方法,首先对底面圆弧壁板进行定位;再对下部半椭圆形箱梁中的横隔板单元进行定位;待横隔板单元定位好后,对下部半椭圆形箱梁中的斜向壁板进行定位;然后将纵向隔板单元安装到横隔板单元的上方;再对上部半椭圆形箱梁进行安装,即以倒序的方式重复步骤3至1;将上部半椭圆形箱梁中的横隔板单元安装于纵向隔板单元上方;将上部斜向壁板安装到上部的横隔板单元上;然后将两侧的侧壁板分别进行定位;再将顶部的圆弧壁板进行安装;最后在壁板单元上安装加劲助及横隔板位置嵌补短的安装。本发明制作方法简单,大大的提高了加工的质量和加工效率,让其更好的满足施工要求。
