The rare earth elements comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 8-10% of lanthanum, 1-3% of cerium, 12-14% of praseodymium, 17-19% of neodymium, 13-17% of promethium, 2-6% of samarium, 8-15% of europium, 13-15% of dysprosium, and the balance of erbium and unavoidable impurities.
