Zirconium silicide based composite ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of medical ceramic materials, and discloses a zirconium silicide based composite ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic material comprises zirconium silicide, zirconium oxide, titanium nitride, aluminum oxide, titanium carbide, vanadium carbide and thorium oxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) performing ball-milling, namely respectively picking various ceramic materials according to the weight, and performing ball-milling; (2) mixing, namely completely feeding various ceramic materials which are subjected to ball-milling in the step (1) into a high-speed uniform mixing machine for high-speed and uniform mixing; and (3) performing high-temperature sintering, namely putting ceramic material powder into a high-temperature sintering furnace after high-speed and uniform mixing, increasing the temperature in the high-temperature sintering furnace to 740-770 DEG C, and then sintering for 3 hours at the same temperature; and then increasing the temperature in the high-temperature sintering furnace to 1105-1145 DEG C under the condition that the temperature increase rate is unchanged, then sintering for 2 hours under the condition that the constant temperature is kept, slowly cooling after sintering, and preparing the zirconium silicide based composite ceramic material after cooling.
