The invention discloses a method and equipment for preparing a zirconia metering nozzle employing magnesium oxide nano powder. The method comprises the following steps: preparing granules from a binding agent and powder through a suspended-state circulation granulation process, combining and separating the granules to obtain a blank; and ageing, dewatering and forming the obtained blank, drying at 105+/-5 DEG C for 24 hours, and firing at 1710-1720 DEG C to prepare the zirconia metering nozzle, wherein the powder comprises partial stable zirconia, monocline zirconia and magnesium oxide nano powder at the mass ratio of (40-60) to (40-60) to (2-3) and the binding agent is magnesium oxide gel. Compared with an ordinary humidifying granulation process, the method has the advantages that the volume density of the prepared ceramic zirconia metering nozzle is improved by about 2%-3%; the finished product porosity is reduced by 60%-70%; and the service life is not less than 36 hours.
