The invention discloses a preparation method and equipment of a zirconia metering nozzle. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing spray granulation on a binding agent and powder to obtain particles, recombining and separating the particles to obtain a blank, performing aging, dehydration and compression molding on the obtained blank, and firing at 1710-1720 DEG C to obtain the zirconia metering nozzle, wherein the powder comprises partially-stabilized zirconia and monoclinic zirconia, and the dosage ratio of partially-stabilized zirconia to monoclinic zirconia is (50-60):(40-50); the binding agent is a magnesium oxide gel, and the adding amount of the magnesium oxide gel is additional 6-9%; and the blank for compression molding of the ceramic type zirconia metering nozzle is prepared by using a suspension type cyclic granulation process, the volume density of the blank can be increased by about 4% compared with that of an ordinary wetting granulation process, the finished product porosity can be reduced by about 75%, and the service life of the blank is not less than 36 hours.
