Pile-forming device with double-helix drill rod and pile-forming method
A pile-forming device with a double-helix drill rod comprises the drill rod penetrating through a steel protective tube and provided with an upper rotating power head, wherein the drill rod consists of an upper threaded rod, a circular-tube-shaped rod and a threaded drill bit which are connected mutually. The threaded drill bit consists of a drill tip with a wedge-shaped connector and a lower drill rod, wherein the periphery of the lower drill rod is welded with a short and thick threaded tube, the upper portion of the drill tip is connected with a hanging rod, a guide body is welded on the inner wall of the circular-tube-shaped rod, and the hanging rod can penetrate through the guide body to perform vertical slippage. The double-helix drill rod has the advantages that slurry-free construction cast-in-place piles under geological conditions of various stratums different in soil property can be achieved, pile holes are free of sediment, underwater concrete casting is not needed, a bearing force value is higher, pile body quality is reliable, multiple groups of rotating connection tubes can be adopted, and the pile-forming device is suitable for building pile foundation construction of long piles and ultra-long piles.
