The invention discloses a BIM technology-based same floor water draining construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1, converting a construction drawing into a BIM technology-based three dimensional model; 2, adjusting the pattern of the three dimensional model to meet user's customized demands; 3, determining the pattern of the three dimensional model, and printing the three dimensional model; and 4, installing a prefabricated member, and carrying out system debugging. The method is suitable for installation working of a water draining system in a civil building, allows the installation position of a sanitary ware to be arranged according to personal willingness to meet the customized demands, also provides the detailed three dimensional patterns of all branch pipes and assemblies, allows prefabrication of the branch pipes and the assemblies to be completed in a factory, reduces onsite installation working, and improves the installation efficiency and the installation quality.
