The invention discloses a floor slab suspending device and its construction method, and a device applying the suspending device. The floor slab suspending device comprises a fixing hanger and a moving hanger, wherein the fixing hanger comprises a fixing part and a first connecting part inserted to a floor slab junction box, and the first connecting part and the fixing part are connected to each other or integrally shaped; the moving hanger comprises a hanging part and a second connecting part, wherein the second connecting part and the hanging part are connected to each other or integrally shaped, and the second connecting part is detachably connected with the first connecting part together. The construction method comprises: positioning the junction box before embedding, inserting the first connecting part to the junction box, and welding and fixing the fixing part with a floor slab reinforcing steel bar; placing the second connecting part of the moving hanger to the junction box, and detachably connecting it with the first connecting part together. The floor slab suspending device can be applied to install a ceiling fan, a pendent lamp, a hanging type exercise apparatus, a clothes hanger, a leisure hanging seat, a hanging basket, a swing, a hanging medical apparatus, and other hanging devices.
