The invention provides an inorganic composite insulation board. The inorganic composite insulation board comprises an inorganic insulation board, a vacuum cavity arranged in the inorganic insulation board, an insulation core layer arranged in the vacuum cavity, and a first-layer aluminum foil and a second-layer aluminum foil both embedded in the inorganic insulation board; the length of the vacuum cavity is 30-70% of the length of the inorganic insulation board, the width of the vacuum cavity is 20-50% of the width of the inorganic insulation board, and the height of the vacuum cavity is 10-90% of the height of the inorganic insulation board; the space between the first-layer aluminum foil and the top surface of the inorganic insulation board is 1-10mm, while the space between the second-layer aluminum foil and the bottom surface of the inorganic insulation board is 1-10mm. Compared with the related technology, the inorganic composite insulation board has the beneficial effects of relatively high fireproof grade, relatively low heat conductivity coefficient and good insulation effect.
