The invention relates to the field of building thermal insulation materials, in particular to a preparation method of an inorganic composite thermal insulation board. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing nano or micron-sized silicon dioxide, nano-sized silicon powder and alkali-free glass fibers, and pressing into a plate-shaped core thermal insulation layer by a tiling dry method; the core heat insulation layer is wrapped with non-woven fabric and put into an aluminum foil bag, air is pumped out, negative pressure is generated, then hot-pressing sealing is conducted, and the core material layer is manufactured and comprises a vacuum state or a non-vacuum state; adding a proper amount of aqueous solution into the dry material, stirring to prepare paste or semi-dry loose slurry, putting the paste or semi-dry loose slurry into a stock bin of a plate making machine, coating the surface of the core material layer with a high-adhesion interface agent, putting the core material layer into the plate making machine filled with the dry material, rolling, extruding or pressing to prepare a plate, and drying to prepare the inorganic composite insulation board. The inorganic composite insulation board is completely composed of inorganic materials, the heat conductivity coefficient is greatly reduced, the good insulation effect is achieved, the overall thickness of the insulation board is remarkably reduced, materials are greatly saved, and meanwhile the inorganic composite insulation board is fireproof, non-combustible and durable in weather resistance.
本发明涉及建筑保温材料领域,特别是涉及无机复合保温板的制备方法该制备方法包括将纳米或微米级二氧化硅、纳米级硅粉和无碱玻璃纤维混合后平铺干法压制成板状核心绝热层;将核心绝热层采用无纺布包裹,装入铝箔袋中,抽出空气产生负压后再进行热压封口制成芯材层包括真空或非真空状态;将干物料加适量水剂搅拌后制成膏状或半干松散状浆料后,投入制板机料仓,将芯材层表面涂刷高粘结界面剂,放入装有干物料的制板机中,通过滚压、挤压或压制制成板材后烘干即制成无机复合保温板。本发明的无机复合保温板,其全部由无机材料组成,且导热系数大幅降低,有良好的保温效果,使保温板的整体厚度显著降低、大幅节省材料同时,又防火不燃、耐候持久。
