The invention discloses an ultra-high performance concrete cover plate with a truss structure framework. The ultra-high performance concrete cover plate comprises an ultra-high performance concrete layer, wherein the truss structure steel bar framework parallel to the lower end surface of a cover plate body is arranged in the ultra-high performance concrete layer; the truss structure steel bar framework is far away from the lower end surface and four side surfaces of the cover plate body by a distance of 10-20mm; the truss structure steel bar framework comprises a plurality of steel bar trusses parallel to the length direction of the cover plate and a plurality of distribution bars which are parallel to the width direction of the cover plate and are welded to the outer sides of the plurality of steel bar trusses; each steel bar truss comprises two parallel stress bars arranged at the upper part and the lower part and a plurality of web bars welded between the two stress bars in a broken line shape. The invention also discloses a production method of the ultra-high performance concrete cover plate with the truss structure framework. According to the ultra-high performance concrete cover plate, the overall rigidity, the shearing resistance and the bending resistance of the cover plate are improved in an excellent structural stress manner of the truss structure; the mechanical performance of a material can be fully exerted; the crack load and the ultimate bearing capacity of the cover plate can be finally improved.
