The invention discloses an ultra-high performance concrete cover plate with FRP bars. The ultra-high performance concrete cover plate comprises an ultra-high performance concrete layer, wherein an FRP bar mesh parallel to the lower end surface of the cover plate is arranged at the position which is far away from the lower end surface and the four sides of the cover plate by a distance of 10-20mm in the ultra-high performance concrete layer; the FRP bar mesh comprises distribution bars and stress bars which are longitudinally and horizontally bound; the distribution bars are arranged above the stress bars. The invention also discloses a production method of the ultra-high performance concrete cover plate with the FRP bars. By virtue of the production method of the ultra-high performance concrete cover plate with the FRP bars, the fluidity of ultra-high performance concrete is controlled; the FRP bars are controlled in the proper positions in the cover plate; the steps of lifting the mesh up and reserving the thickness of an upper protection layer and a lower protection layer are omitted; the problem that the FRP ribs float up due to light weight can be solved; the bearing capability and the crack resistance of the cover plate are ensured. By virtue of the ultra-high performance concrete cover plate, the ultra-high mechanical performance and the durability of the ultra-high performance concrete and the excellent durability of the FRP bars are fully exerted; the problem of the corrosion to the steel bars in the cover plate, caused by cracking of the cover plate, can be effectively solved.
