The invention relates to an orthogonality-based all-round scaffold building method. The method includes: (1) finding out intra-regional longitudinal straight lines and intra-regional transverse straight lines; (2) finding out marginal longitudinal straight lines and marginal transverse straight lines; (3) determining coordinates of intersection points; (4) building a backbone scaffold on the intersection points; (5) connecting backbone vertical bars with backbone horizontal bars; (6) determining central positioning points of support scaffolds; (7) according to the central positioning points, building the support scaffolds; (8) connecting support vertical bars with support longitudinal-transverse horizontal bars; (9) arranging vertical diagonal bracings and horizontal diagonal bracings on the backbone scaffold to build the all-round scaffold. The simple scaffold is clear in parts, capable of being built quickly, convenient to reinforce and safe and reliable. By the method, the problem of difficulty in building the all-round scaffold under the action of abnormal plane load is solved effectively.
