The mortar bucket with adjustable mortar thickness comprises a bucket body (1), a rubber slice (2), a lifting rod (3), a moving rod (4), a connecting chain (5), an adjusting rod (6), an elastic part (601), an adjusting plate (602), plate tongues (7), and a scraper blade (8); through upwards pulling the adjusting plate (602), a mortar opening of the bucket body (1) is opened; the upwards moving distance of the adjusting plate (602) is determined upon the thickness of the mortar opening as required. After pouring the mortar, the scraper blade (8) fixed between the two plate tongues can scrape the part which is higher than 1 cm, thus the poured mortar can be flatly paved on the wall to be built. The mortar is held on the rubber slice (2), when the lifting rod (3) is pulled, the moving rod (4) follows to move, and the rubber slice (2) is forwards and upwards hoisted up; the mortar thereon is extruded and flowed out towards the mortar opening. By using the mortar bucket, the brick building speed can be improved.
