The invention relates to a fully-automatic annular sleeve kiln. The fully-automatic annular sleeve kiln comprises a kiln shell, an upper inner sleeve, a lower inner sleeve, an upper combustion chamber, a lower combustion chamber, a discharging drawer, a bracket, a steel wire rope, a charging trolley and a winch, wherein the upper inner sleeve and the lower inner sleeve are arranged in the kiln shell from top to bottom; the upper combustion chamber and the lower combustion chamber are connected to the lower inner sleeve respectively; the upper inner sleeve is connected with a combustion-supporting air pipe; the combustion-supporting air pipe is connected to the upper combustion chamber and the lower combustion chamber; a circulating pipe is connected between the upper inner sleeve and the lower inner sleeve; the top of the kiln shell is connected with a waste gas pipe; the discharging drawer is arranged below the lower inner sleeve; the bracket is mounted on the top of the kiln shell; one end of the steel wire rope is connected to the charging trolley and the other end of the steel wire rope is wound on the winch; and the steel wire is supported on the bracket. The fully-automatic annular sleeve kiln provided by the invention has the advantages of low energy consumption, high automation degree, insusceptibility to environmental pollution, high quality of lime produced by the kiln and the like.
