The invention relates to a retarded cement grinding aid. The retarded cement grinding aid is characterized by being prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of anhydrous sodium sulfate, 10-15 parts of sodium nitrite, 3-6 parts of ethylene glycol, 6-10 parts of ethylparaben, 3-6 parts of sodium acetate, 3-7 parts of lignin, 5-10 parts of triethanolamine, 1-3 parts of aluminum sulfate, 3-6 parts of calcium lignosulfonate, 10-16 parts of triethanolamine, 1-2 parts of Tween, 5-10 parts of waste candy pomace and 2-6 parts of pulverized coal ash. The retarded cement grinding aid has the effects that the milling efficiency of a mill for cement can be remarkably increased by 8-15%, the early strength of the cement is properly improved by 2-3MPa, and the later strength of the cement is enhanced by 2-4MPa; all the ingredients are mutually synergistic, the adaptability of the grinding aid is improved so as to be applicable to different grades of cement, the range of use is enlarged, the grinding aiding effect is greatly improved, the production per machine hour is increased, the energy consumption is lowered, and the mixing amount is small and is 0.02-0.06% per ton of cement.
