The invention discloses a production method of retarded cement. The retarded cement is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 70-75% of clinker, 10-12% of limestone waste residues, 7-10% of steel powder residues, 4-5% of coal gangue, 5-10% of phosphogypsum and 0.4-1% of syrup. According to the invention, the initial setting time of the prepared retarded cement is prolonged by about 2-4 hours, the 3-day breaking strength of the retarded cement is greater than or equal to 6.5 Mpa, the 3-day compressive strength of the retarded cement is greater than or equal to 35 Mpa, the 28-day breaking strength is greater than or equal to 9.5 Mpa, and the 28-day compressive strength is greater than or equal to 55 Mpa; according to the retarding cement, the evaporation speed ofwater in concrete is reduced, the solidification speed of the concrete is reduced, the forming effect and quality of the concrete are guaranteed, and the stability, permeation resistance and crack resistance of cement paste are improved; and the retarded cement mixture obtained by adopting the process has uniform particle size, and is beneficial to improving the compactness of concrete, so that the strength of the concrete is improved.
本发明公开一种缓凝水泥的生产方法,所述水泥由以下原料按百分比组成:熟料70%‑75%,石灰石废渣10%‑12%,钢粉渣7%‑10%,煤矸石4%‑5%,磷石膏5‑10%,糖浆0.4%‑1%。本发明所制得的缓凝水泥初凝时间增加2‑4h左右,3天抗折强度大于或等于6.5Mpa,3天抗压强度大于或等于35Mpa;28天抗折强度大于或等于9.5Mpa;28天抗压强度大于或等于55Mpa;本缓凝水泥减缓了在混凝土中水分蒸发速度,降低混凝土凝固速度,保证混凝土的成型效果和质量,提高水泥浆的稳定性、抗渗透性和抗裂性;采用该工艺得到的缓凝水泥混合料具有均匀的颗粒大小,有利于提高混凝土的密实度,使混凝土的强度得到提高。
