The high-strength concrete strength exiting agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 8-10% of triethanolamine, 8-10% of tri-isopropanolamine, 3-5% of a self-made XC additive, 0.05-0.2% of re-dispersible latex powder, 1-2% of nano silicon dioxide, 0.05-0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.05-0.2% of a defoaming agent and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the components according to the weight percentages; dissolving the components in water respectively to prepare respective solutions; and finally, mixing the aqueous solutions of the components, and fully stirring until the mixture is mixed uniformly to obtain a finished product. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the invention, the high-strength concrete strength exciting agent is simple to prepare, low in energy consumption and low in cost, and the durability of concrete is not influenced.
